Website/Web application Analysis
Sweeping Design is now offering detailed, professional analysis' on your website or web application. We will test performance, search engine optimization, code structure, content management, design flaws, and more. After our analysis, we will provide you with a detailed document outlining limitations, and providing suggestions for improvement. We will give hints to drive more traffic to your site(s). With years of experience and expertise, we are confident that our analysis will benefit you now and in the future.
Personal/Small business websites
We will work with you to develop/design a website to fit the needs of your business or personal venture. We develop all of our websites with a custom content management system allowing you to update the content/imagery yourself. Large Scale Web Applications
Contact us for information about the web application services we can provide to your business or organization. We develop fully customizable systems to track/modify/store data online. Some examples would be: project management systems, reservation systems, inventory tracking systems. Rich Internet Applications (RIA)
We can develop custom RIA's using Adobe's Flex framework. Flex is a newer framework built with actionscript (the code from which 'flash' applications are compiled from), and MXML (XML-based user interface markup language). Flex will communicates well with a flash media server and so a great option for high quality streaming video and/or music. For displaying data in interactive graphs or maps, flex is the way to go. Shopping Cart System
We use the open source php framework Magento to develop custom shopping cart and ecommerce solutions. Magento allows several options for payment processors, and we will set you up with an ssl certificate to ensure buyer's trust when making credit card transaction.
Search Engine Optimization
The key to securing high placement in search engine rankings is to develop quality content. Beyond that, we will improve your ranking by giving search engines clues to the structure of your content by using simple, standards-compliant mark-up - something designers all too often forget.
Our Content Management System will generate a dynamic map of your site and make this available to Google, Amazon, Yahoo, and other compliant search engines.

Email and Application Hosting
We provide Email, Calendaring, and Document Collaboration services through Google Apps.
We prefer Google’s GMail web interface over any other we’ve seen (we use it ourselves), and have found the service very flexible in its ability to download mail from other servers and forward some or all of your mail to other accounts. Creating new email addresses for individuals or groups is a snap. Google’s spam filtering is excellent.
Calendaring
Your employees will be able to maintain calendars through mail.yoursite.com or by synchronizing Outlook or other programs which support the standard iCal format. We will create “Events” calendars for public and internal use. When you publish an event on the Public Events calendar, those events will automatically appear on your web page.
Chat
Should you choose to enable it, users will be able to chat through your own instant messaging server. Users can chat through the web mail interface as well as the Google Chat program which enables users to call one another over the internet for free, potentially saving your company long distance charges. Chats are saved in email for future reference.
